Hi, I’m Maria Elena

For years, I struggled with shame and emptiness. After a life-changing divorce, I felt like I was hiding parts of myself—parts that deserved to shine.

My turning point came when my daughter came out as a transgender non-binary person. Watching her step into her true self with courage and authenticity taught me something life-changing: to truly live, I had to come out to myself too.

That single realization set me free.

I discovered that hiding who we are doesn’t protect us—it holds us back. True connection can only happen when we embrace our full selves and stop waiting for others to fill the emptiness inside.

And here’s the best part: I learned how to do it, and now I help others do the same.
